目的:用薄层层析-紫外分光光度(TLC-UV)法测定丹参注射液中原儿茶醛的含量。方法:以原儿茶醛作为对照品,二氯甲烷-乙酸甲酯-甲酸(8.5-5-0.9)为展开剂,分离得到原儿茶醛,采取紫外分光光度法,检测波长279 nm,测定原儿茶醛的含量。结果:原儿茶醛在0.49~4.61μg/m L的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7。平均含量为0.201 mg/m L,加样回收率为98.0%_104.0%。结论:薄层层析-紫外分光光度法(TLC-UV)测定丹参注射液中原儿茶醛的含量,方法精密度好,准确度高、操作简便,可用于控制丹参注射液的质量。
Objective: To determine the content of protocatechuic aldehyde in Danshen injection by TLC-UV. Methods: Protocatechuic aldehyde was used as reference substance, and dichloromethane - methyl acetate - formic acid (8.5-5-0.9) was used as developing solvent to obtain protocatechuic aldehyde. UV spectrophotometry was used to detect the wavelength of 279 nm. Protocatechualdehyde content. RESULTS: Protocatechuic aldehyde showed good linearity in the range of 0.49-4.61 μg / ml, r = 0.999 7. The average content was 0.201 mg / m L, the recovery rate was 98.0% _104.0%. Conclusion: TLC-UV spectrophotometry (Salvia miltiorrhiza injection) Determination of protocatechuic aldehyde content, precision, high accuracy, easy to operate, can be used to control the quality of Salvia injection.
