本文用波宽3毫秒、频率10赫兹、电流强度0.2毫安的电流,刺激下丘脑外侧区,可引起家兔血压急剧上升,并伴刺激期间和停刺后心律失常。心律失常与心跳减慢或迷走神经的完整性无关,但与交感神经的功能极为密切。血压的急剧上升似与心律失常有密切联系。
In this paper, the wave width of 3 milliseconds, the frequency of 10 hertz, the current intensity of 0.2 mA current to stimulate the lateral hypothalamus, can cause a sharp increase in blood pressure in rabbits, with stimulation and arrhythmia after stopping. Arrhythmias have nothing to do with slowing of the heartbeat or the integrity of the vagus nerve, but very close to sympathetic function. The sharp rise in blood pressure seems to be closely linked to arrhythmia.
