目的观察60Co射线照射对豚鼠前庭功能和形态的影响,为飞行人员头颈肿瘤患者在放疗后飞行结论的评价提供参考依据。方法给豚鼠右侧听泡区一次60Co射线照射(照射量:30Gy),在照射前和照射后1天、1周、2周和3周用眼震电图观察辐射对前庭功能的影响;用电镜技术观察照射后3周组2只豚鼠外半规管壶腹嵴,以判断对前庭形态的影响。结果①前庭摆动性眼震以左、右向眼震数表示。豚鼠左、右向眼震正常值分别为38.65±14.62次和38.90±14.74次;②照射后2~3周豚鼠左、右向眼震数随时间推移逐渐减少;③右侧听泡受照射后豚鼠双侧前庭形态均有改变,在照射后一段时间内,前庭形态损伤呈进行性加重。结论一次较大剂量60Co射线照射豚鼠一侧听泡,可引起豚鼠双侧前庭功能减退和形态的损伤。
Objective To observe the effects of 60Co irradiation on the vestibular function and morphology in guinea pigs and to provide a reference for the evaluation of the flight conclusion of patients with head and neck cancer after radiotherapy. Methods 60Co irradiation (dose: 30 Gy) on the right side of guinea pigs was performed. The changes of vestibular function were observed by electronystagmography before and 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks after irradiation. Electron microscopy was used to observe the changes of vestibular morphology in 2 guinea pigs after 3 weeks of irradiation. Results ① The vestibular oscillatory nystagmus is expressed by left and right nystagmus. The normal nystagmus of left and right guinea pigs were 38.65 ± 14.62 and 38.90 ± 14.74 times, respectively. ② The left and right nystagmus of guinea pigs gradually decreased with time after 2 ~ 3 weeks of irradiation. ③ right after listening to the bubble irradiation guinea pig bilateral vestibular morphology has changed in a period of time after irradiation, the vestibular morphology was progressive deterioration. Conclusion A large dose of 60Co irradiated guinea pigs on one side of the bulb, can cause guinea pig bilateral vestibular dysfunction and morphological damage.
