自然环境有利于体育教学和体育学习,但是有些季节还是会给体育教学带来一定的不利影响。现有的场地器材不能满足体育教学和体育学习的需要。高职院校要积极改善教师队伍环境,鼓励和支持年轻教师参加各种培训以提高自身综合素质,更好为高职院校体育教学工作服务。适应城市自然环境的现状,努力改造体育教学的自然环境。增加对体育教学物质环境建设的财政投入,加大对场地器材的建设力度,营造科学合理的物质环境。加强校园体育文化的建设和宣传力度,打造浓烈的校园体育心理环境。
The natural environment is conducive to physical education and sports learning, but some seasons will still bring some adverse effects on physical education. The existing venue equipment can not meet the needs of physical education and physical education.
