国债市场是社会主义市场体系的重要组成部分 ,它对国民经济的发展和人民生活的稳步有着重大意义。我国从 1988年开始了国债的市场化进程 ,使国债市场取得了长足的进展 ,但遗憾的是从 1997年这种进程开始放慢。为了加快国债的市场化进程 ,应当稳步增大发行规模 ,品种期限多样化 ,发行方式市场化 ,培育投资者队伍 ,利率市场化 ,完善二级市场结构。
The bond market is an important part of the socialist market system and has great significance to the development of the national economy and the steady progress of people’s lives. Since 1988, the marketization process of treasury bonds in our country has made tremendous progress in the bond market. However, it is regrettable that such a process started to slow down in 1997. In order to speed up the process of marketization of treasury bonds, it is necessary to steadily increase the scale of issuance, diversify the maturity of varieties, marketization of distribution methods, cultivate investors, marketization of interest rates and improve the secondary market structure.
