患儿女,11岁。入院前2个月无明显诱因出现右耳鸣,就诊于当地医院,纯音听阈检查示:右耳高频听力下降,遂予改善内耳血液循环等治疗,现转诊我科。追问病史,患儿无感冒、发热、眩晕史,否认耳毒性药物使用史,无头部外伤史,无家族史,无噪声接触史,无中耳炎史及父母无血缘关系,无用手
Children with children, 11 years old. Two months before admission no obvious incentive to appear right tinnitus, treatment at the local hospital, pure tone hearing threshold examination showed: right ear high frequency hearing loss, then to improve the inner ear blood circulation and other treatment, referral to our department.
