作者对按FAB分类标准确诊的31例MDS患者作了骨髓组织学及免疫组织化学参数比较研究。并根据患者是否患演变为明显的白血病将其分为两组,如骨髓原始细胞>30%则诊断为明显白血病。发生为明显白血病者(6例)随访6-36个月(平均21个月);尚未发生白血病者(25例)随访2-30个月(平均7个月)。标本取自初诊未治疗前的胸骨和髂骨,作石蜡包埋切片HE·Gicmsa氏和改良Gomoris网状纤维染色,求出切片200倍10个视野以上骨髓细胞增生度的平均值,并计数切片上的肥大细胞。免疫组化包括多克隆兔抗Ⅷ因子相关抗
The authors compared the histological and immunohistochemical parameters of bone marrow in 31 MDS patients diagnosed according to FAB classification criteria. Patients were divided into two groups according to whether they developed a clear leukemia or not, for example,> 30% of bone marrow blast cells were diagnosed as significant leukemia. Patients with overt leukemia (6 cases) were followed up for 6-36 months (mean 21 months); those with no leukemia (25 cases) were followed up for 2-30 months (mean 7 months). The specimens were taken from the untreated sternum and ilium in the newly diagnosed group. The sections were stained with HE Gicmsa’s and modified Gomoris reticular fibers to obtain the mean value of the proliferation of bone marrow cells over 10 fields of view 200 times.
