木工圆锯片一般用T7A、T8A和65锰钢来制造。中温回火后,要求达到屈氏体基体和少量索氏体的金相组织、硬度HRC44~48、变形度(凹凸量/锯片直径)达到0.1~0.3%。在厚度较薄的条件下,要具有良好的刚度和轫性,以利锯割和节省木材。制造这种锯片的主要关键是热处理工艺,要求热处理后没有变形并须达到硬度要求。这在大型锯片热处理时,更加困难。我们在党支部领导下,贯彻三结合,解决了大型锯片的热处理工艺。现将我们的一些做法介绍于下。锯片热处理有下列几种方法。 1.锯片在电阻炉中卧式加热,垂直放入油池冷却。淬火后,将锯片夹紧放入电阻炉或硝盐炉内回火,
