随着我国新一代飞机的设计制造不断向数字化进程迈进,以二维图样和模拟量手段检验产品质量的模式已无法适应新一代飞机的技术发展。零件的数控加工、精准成形和飞机快速自动化装配对数字化测量技术的需求越来越迫切;测量技术已成为飞机快速研制的瓶颈,严重制约了飞机装配技术的进步。基于模型和三维标注的面向装配的数字化测量技术已成为未来飞机检测装配的发展方向和主体模式。
As the design and manufacture of a new generation of aircraft in our country continue to move towards the digitization process, the model of product quality inspection with two-dimensional drawings and analog measures has been unable to adapt to the technological development of a new generation of aircraft. The demand for digital measurement technology is becoming more and more urgent. The measurement technology has become the bottleneck of the rapid development of the aircraft, which seriously hampers the progress of aircraft assembly technology. The assembly-oriented digital measurement technology based on model and 3D annotation has become the development direction and the main mode of aircraft testing and assembly in the future.
