血栓弹力图(Thromboelastogram简称TEG)是观察血液凝固时的物理变化,通过光学方法反映记录血液凝固过程的一种检查方法,不仅对出血性疾病,而且对血液高凝状态也有诊断价值。国内目前应用还不多,现将我院近年来的使用观察情况及对其临床应用意义作初步报道: 方法血栓弹力图仪是西德Hellige厂产品。检查方法采用全血复钙法。取3.8%枸橼酸钠溶液
