介绍王彦刚教授治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化的临床经验。认为本病的中医基本病机为湿邪困阻,兼夹致病;治疗应以清化湿邪为主,根据病情的演变临证加减。初期湿易生热,以祛湿清热为主;中期虚实夹杂,加以活血祛瘀,软坚散结之法;后期肝肾阴虚,瘀水互结,施以甘寒淡渗,滋阴利水之法。并附验案1则。
