目的了解和龙市新入园儿童健康和发育状况,对每年新入园儿童的综合体检及营养评价,为今后我市散居儿童保健服务方向提供依据。方法对和龙市2012年-2016年期间在我科入园儿童体检结果的变化趋势进行分析。结果低体重、贫血明显降低,儿童超重、肥胖、龋齿率明显增加。结论重视儿童健康问题,加强散居儿童的营养指导,提高家长的保健、防病、治病意识,注重儿童体格锻炼,进行合理的膳食安排,使儿童养成良好卫生和生活习惯,促进儿童健康成长。
Objective To understand the health and development status of newly admitted children in Helong City and evaluate the comprehensive physical examination and nutrition assessment of newly admitted children each year in order to provide the basis for the future health services for diaspora in our city. Methods The trend of physical examination results of children admitted to our department between 2012 and 2016 in Helong City was analyzed. Results Low body weight, anemia was significantly reduced, children overweight, obesity, dental caries significantly increased. Conclusion Emphasis is placed on children’s health issues, nutritional guidance for diasporas is strengthened, parents’ awareness of health care, disease prevention and treatment is improved, children’s physical exercise is emphasized, reasonable dietary arrangements are made, and children are encouraged to develop good hygiene and living habits so as to promote the healthy growth of children .
