前置胎盘是妊娠中晚期出血的主要原因之一。我院1991年4月～1993年3月收治前置胎盘72例,现报告如下。1 临床资料 三年分娩总人数4304例,其中前置胎盘72例,占1.67％。在72例前置胎盘中,初产妇46例(其中25例作过人工流产)占63.9％。经产妇26例占36.1％。前置胎盘属中央性26例,占36.l％,边缘性34例占47.2％,部分性12例占16.7％。发生在36孕周以前者
Placenta previa is one of the main reasons for bleeding in the second trimester. Our hospital from April 1991 ~ March 1993 treated placenta previa 72 cases, are as follows. 1 Clinical data The total number of 4304 cases of three-year delivery, of which 72 cases of placenta previa, accounting for 1.67%. In 72 cases of placenta previa, 46 cases of primipara (25 cases of induced abortion) accounted for 63.9%. After the maternal 26 cases accounted for 36.1%.
