急性毒性小鼠经口LD_(50)为2700mg/kg。能诱发E.Coli WP 2s(λ)原噬菌体诱导和色氨酸回复突变,是一种碱基置换型突变物,但未引起小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核率的升高。大鼠口服300mg/kg以上可使胎鼠出现多肋和矢状缝宽等骨骼发育畸形。
