The National Information Center, on the “Document 18” that is currently focused on in the software industry, will hold the “Document No. 18” seminar on September 15 and the opportunity for the development of the Chinese software industry. In order to promote the development of China’s software industry, the State Council has recently issued a notice (“Document 18”) on “Some Policies to Encourage the Development of the Software Industry and the Integrated Circuit Industry” to formulate a series of preferential policies and measures for the development of software enterprises. Investment and financing, taxation and export, industrial technology, income distribution, talent attraction and training, software procurement, software enterprise identification and intellectual property protection. In order to help software companies and related organizations to have a more thorough understanding of “Document 18,” the conference will widely invite government authorities, industry organizations, and well-known Chinese and foreign software companies.
