On February 28, 2016, the first issue of Think Tank Theory and Practice and the symposium on the construction of think tank were held in Beijing. Zhou Dean of the Bureau of Science and Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Huang Xiangyang, director of the Documentation and Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhu Qingbao, deputy secretary of the party committee of Nanjing University, and Zhang Feng, vice president of the Science and Technology Strategy Consulting Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences attended and addressed the ceremony. Well-known think tank experts and scholars attended the first episode.
