例一:刘某,男4岁半.1977年9月12日,患儿口含平车钢球一粒仰卧玩耍,不慎误吞腹中.x 线检查,于胃腑发现金属异物.经服用韭菜、豆芽、香油等物,三日罔效.又经 X 线检查,于右少腹部升结肠下端发现金属异物.因小儿脏腑娇嫩,加上钢球比重大,医者怕引起肠穿孔,建议手术治疗.患儿家长拒绝手术,于第六日上午求治于余.观患儿脉舌正常,仅精神呆痴,此与家长吵骂有关.处方:山羊胫骨(即前腿之膝盖骨)4个,烧炭存性(勿成灰烬),撒于小米稀粥半碗之上令患儿服
