艺术教育是中小学生素质教育中重要的内容,加强和改进中小学艺术教育是认真贯彻习近平总书记文艺工作座谈会重要讲话精神,全面贯彻党的教育方针的必然要求、也是社会发展的必然趋势。国务院办公厅9月印发了《关于全面加强和改进学校美育工作的意见》,教育部今年5月也印发关于促进中学生艺术教育发展的三个文件,如何在文件的指导下,结合实际,发展和完善中小学生艺术教育,提升综合素质,还需全社会的积极探索。
