随着我国社会经济的快速发展,各行各业日益繁荣昌盛,各大中型工程建设项目征占用林地频繁,给林地、林权管理带来了发展和改革机遇。世界气候的复杂变化,导致各种自然灾害频繁发生,造成大量林木损毁,又加之受造林树种选择不当、营林方式不切合实际或不科学等原因的影响,造成大量林分感染病虫害或受到野生动物危害。现阶段,我国对营林工作相当重视,但林业可持续发展还应当从整体上考察各种影响林业保护和管理的制度,因为他们之间的相互作用有可能阻碍林业可持续利用。现结合林木资源特点,探讨了目前我国营林工作的必要性。

Based on the characteristics of forest resources, the necessity of forest management in our country is discussed.
