本文研究了‘红港’桃和西沙樱桃(Prunus besseyi Bailey)营养系‘CG8—24’不同无花期与需冷量和休眠后热量累积间的关素。从田间采集枝条经人工低温处理及温室促培证明,两个营养系的花芽需冷量是相似的。人工低温处理树,在休眠后不同温度条件下的促培,揭示了红港桃花芽热量积累的起点温度为4.3℃,‘CG3—24’樱桃的花芽发育的Q10值,分别为2.2和2.8。这些结果表明,不同开花期是由于热量积累的起点温度不同所引起,而与需冷量无关。
In this paper, we studied the correlation between the different flowering and chilling requirements and the caloric accumulation after dormancy in ’Honggang’ Peach and Prunus besseyi Bailey ’s’ CG8-24’. The collection of branches from the field by artificial low-temperature treatment and greenhouse pro-culture proved that the two flower buds require a cooling capacity is similar. Artificial hypothermia treatment of tree at different temperature conditions after dormancy promoted the peach blossom, which revealed that the starting temperature of peach blossom buds in Hong Kong was 4.3 ℃. The Q10 values of flower bud development of ’CG3-24’ cherry were 2.2 and 2.8, respectively. These results show that different flowering periods are caused by different starting temperatures of heat accumulation, but not with cold demand.
