恶性黑色素细胞瘤,是颅内肿瘤较少见的一种。我科于82年上半年收治一例,现报告如下: 患者男性,47岁,工人,于四个月前无诱因的头痛,位于前额及顶部,呈无规律,阼发性钝痛,近四十天头痛加重,并伴有呕吐。检查:体表有黑色素斑十多处,以左小腿外侧、右肩胛部的两处最大,各约4×5cm,不隆起于皮肤,呈兰黑色,多毛。神经系统检查:双侧视乳头水肿,视网膜可见点片状出血,左侧上、下肢腱反射活跃,病理反射未引出。脑压400mm
