分析了稀土组分含量在线检测技术进展缓慢的原因,分析了稀土萃取分离过程机制,找出影响稀土组分含量检测的主要因素,确定辅助变量。利用从包钢稀土厂采集的数据通过newrb函数创建径向基网络来实现稀土组分含量的软测量。文中通过流程图详细阐述了建模方法,采用50组样本数据对所建立的模型进行计算机仿真验证,仿真结果证明了模型的可行性。
The reasons for the slow progress of on-line detection of rare earth components were analyzed. The mechanism of rare earth extraction and separation process was analyzed. The main factors affecting the determination of rare earth components were identified and the auxiliary variables were determined. Using the data collected from Baotou Rare Earth Plant, a radial basis network was created with the newrb function to enable soft sensing of REE content. Through the flow chart, the modeling method is elaborated in this paper. The data of 50 samples are used to verify the model. The simulation results show the feasibility of the model.
