基于DEFORM-3D软件研究了车用突缘外套件温挤压成形工艺参数对挤压成形过程的影响以及凹模磨损。以成形载荷为评价指标,通过正交实验获得了温挤压成形最佳工艺参数组合,即模具温度350℃,坯料温度900℃,摩擦系数0.15,凸模速度12mm/s。基于Archard磨损模型,对凹模磨损情况进行了模拟,并和实际情况相对照,提出了减少模具磨损的方法。研究结果对车用突缘外套件的实际温挤压生产具有一定的指导意义。
Based on DEFORM-3D software, the influence of temperature extrusion process parameters on the extrusion process and the wear of die were studied. Taking the forming load as the evaluation index, the optimum technological parameters of the warm extrusion molding were obtained through orthogonal experiment. The mold temperature was 350 ℃, the blank temperature was 900 ℃, the friction coefficient was 0.15 and the punch speed was 12mm / s. Based on the Archard wear model, the die wear was simulated and compared with the actual situation, a method to reduce die wear was proposed. The research results have certain guiding significance to the actual temperature extrusion production of the flange assembly for car.
