在当代高职体育教学中,健美操是其中的重要组成部分,对学生的身体素质教育起到了很大的推动作用。高职健美操能起到这么好的作用,与其研究型教学模式的应用离不开关系,在当代的教学模式中,只有不断的创新出适合时代和学生的教学模式才能更加进一步的发展。本文主要分析研究型教学模式,包括其内涵、特点以及其理论,深入了解研究性教学模式,并且阐述高职健美操课程教学在研究型教学模式中得到的良好效果。
In contemporary PE teaching, aerobics is one of the most important parts, which plays a great role in promoting students’ physical quality education. Higher vocational aerobics can play such a good role, and its application of research-based teaching model can not be separated from the relationship in the contemporary teaching model, only constant innovation for the times and students in order to further develop the teaching model. This paper analyzes the research teaching model, including its connotation, characteristics and theory, in-depth understanding of the research teaching mode, and elaborated on the teaching of aerobics higher vocational teaching model in the research obtained good results.
