新一轮课程改革已经在全国广泛深入地开展着,这是加快教育改革、深化素质教育的重要举措。新课程是以人为本,以人的发展为本。21世纪的新课程对每个人的可持续发展是有价值的,并且人人都能实现的。数学课程标准中明确指出“人人学有价值的数学;人人都能获得必需的数学;不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”如何将新课改的理念在平时的教学中加以实施,从而培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,是我们数学教师们面临的新的挑战。
