Yu Weixin and Ye Xiaowei reported that the Ministry of Health of the General Logistics Department of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army convened the second plenary session of the General Review Committee of the Ministry of Health on December 6 to December 8, 1988 in Beijing. Pan Xuetian, director of the State Administration of Pharmacy Administration and the deputy director of the State Administration of Drug Control Liu Yonggang, were invited to attend the opening ceremony and made speeches.
