当前,社会经济发展水平不断提升,大众日常生活中对电能的需求持续增加。特别是在电力技术进一步发展的背景下,电网系统建设规模日益扩大,电网升级改造工程成为当前电力系统的主流发展趋势之一。对于农村偏远地区而言,电网改造升级相当复杂,工期紧张且任务繁重,因而势必会给造价管控工作的开展带来不小的挑战。本文即针对新一轮农网工程改造升级中的造价管控措施进行分析与研究,望能够引起各方重视。
At present, the level of social and economic development continues to increase, and the demand for electricity in the daily life of the public continues to increase. Especially in the context of the further development of power technology, the scale of power grid system construction is expanding day by day, and the power grid upgrading and reconstruction project has become one of the mainstream trends of current power system. For rural areas in remote areas, the transformation and upgrading of power grids are quite complex, time-consuming and heavy tasks, which will inevitably bring cost control work to bring no small challenge. This article aims to analyze and study the cost control measures in a new round of rural power grid engineering upgrading and hope to attract the attention of all parties.
