我国地勘经济经过了五十年经济发展、三十年改革开放历经了五次起落,传统地质已走到尽头,改革发展举步维艰。为摆脱困境,必须推陈出新。本文从反思地质工作的基础性、公益性、商业性三个界定入手,通过创设找矿权重新整合理顺三个界定为公益性地质、商业性地质和商业服务性工程勘查,在理顺其依存关系同时,实现地勘经济发展方式的转变,促进地质找矿不断有新突破和国有地勘单位改革发展。
After 50 years of economic development, the geological exploration economy in our country has gone through five ups and downs after 30 years of reform and opening up. The traditional geology has come to an end and the reform and development have struggled. To get rid of the difficulties, we must introduce new ideas. This article starts with the reflection of the three basic concepts of geological work, public welfare and commercialization, and reorganizes and researches three geologic and commercial service projects defined as commonweal by creating prospecting right, Dependent relationship at the same time, to achieve the transformation of geological exploration economic development, to promote geological exploration continue to have new breakthroughs and the reform and development of state-owned geological exploration units.
