一、2009年工作回顾(一)经济发展保持良好势头预计全县全年完成生产总值66.3亿元,增长11%。其中一、二、三产业分别实现增加值27.6亿元、12.8亿元、25.9亿元,分别增长7%、17.5%、11.9%。完成财政收入24850万元,增长18.6%,税收比重77.3%,提高6.6个百分点。完成全社会固定资产投资20.4亿元,增长42%。引进市域外资金形成固定资产投资4.4亿元。实现社会消费品零售总额30亿元,增长18.5%。年末金融机构存款余额52.2亿元,比年初净增8.5亿元;全年信贷净投放额7亿元,增长36.8%。城市化率33%。
I. Review of work in 2009 (I) Economic development maintained a good momentum It is estimated that the county completed a GDP of 6.63 billion yuan throughout the year, an increase of 11%. Among them, the primary, secondary and tertiary industries realized the added value of 2.76 billion yuan, 1.28 billion yuan and 2.59 billion yuan, up by 7%, 17.5% and 11.9% respectively. The financial revenue was 248.5 million yuan, an increase of 18.6% and the proportion of tax revenue was 77.3%, an increase of 6.6%. The total investment in fixed assets of 2.04 billion yuan, an increase of 42%. The introduction of funds outside the city to form a fixed asset investment 440 million yuan. The total retail sales of social consumer goods reached 3 billion yuan, an increase of 18.5%. The balance of deposits held by financial institutions at the end of the year was 5.22 billion yuan, a net increase of 850 million yuan over the beginning of the year. Net credit loans amounted to 700 million yuan for the year, an increase of 36.8%. The urbanization rate is 33%.
