2007年11月8日上午,中国电信BSS/OSS支撑中心揭牌仪式在中国电信股份有限公司广州研究院举行。中国电信集团公司杨杰副总经理莅临现场主持揭牌并致辞。杨杰副总经理在致辞中从企业战略强调了支撑中心成立的重大意义,肯定了广州研究院在BSS/OSS领域取得的突出成绩,同时对中心今后的工作提出了希望,勉励支撑中心的同志们要“胸怀大局,珍惜荣誉,再接再厉,扎实工作”。
