在1972年11月至73年5月对157例慢性气管炎病人进行中西医结合分型治疗,取得一定疗效的基础上,于1973年10月至74年3月,根据西安会议的精神,我们又进行了268例分型的临床观察。为了使分型易于掌握,以便推广,重点观察了中西医有关临床症状和体征对分型的意义。同时进行分组治疗,借以探讨分型治疗与不分型治疗的疗效差异,观察结果如下: 一、临床资料 (一)一般情况: 本组系苏州、徐州、南京三个地区的慢性气管炎病人。其中男性184例,女性84例。年龄绝大多数在50岁以上。病程:1—5年者46
