In order to investigate the endocrine toxicity of B(a)p to marine polychaete Perinereis aibuhitensis,vitellogenin(VTG)cDNA from the P.aibuhitensis was isolated,recombinated and expressed for the fi rst time.The full length P.aibuhitensis vitellogenin gene
