随着中俄全面战略伙伴关系的不断提升和“一带一路”经济建设战略构想的提出,复合型经贸俄语人才迫切需求将是社会发展的趋势,也是吉林省对俄经济发展的必然要求。本文在剖析吉林省高校俄语专业人才培养现状的基础上,结合“一带一路”战略下复合型经贸俄语人才的特点,以吉林华桥外国语学院俄语专业人才培养改革为例,从课程设置、教学观念、培养模式和评价方式等方面展开研究,以期构建可被借鉴的、可持续发展的人才培养模式。
With the continuous enhancement of China-Russia all-round strategic partnership and the proposed “One Belt, One Road” economic development strategy, the pressing need of compound-type economic and trade Russian talents will be a trend of social development and a necessary requirement of Jilin Province’s economic development toward Russia. Based on the analysis of the status quo of Russian professionals in colleges and universities in Jilin Province and the characteristics of Russian talents in complex economy and trade under the strategy of “One Belt and One Road”, this paper takes the reform of Russian professionals in Jilin Huaqiao Foreign Languages Institute as an example, Teaching concept, training mode and evaluation methods and other aspects of research, with a view to building can learn from the sustainable development of personnel training mode.
