浙江民营文化经济增长模式是一种对文化经济贡献巨大的内生性的自组织集群增长模式,这种模式之产生主要源于浙江深厚的文化积淀,民营企业家经世致用、注重文化的理念及诚信协作精神,同时得益于政府的政策引导。然而该模式仍存在管理粗放、投融资制度不健全、抗御市场风险能力弱等弊端,因此需要从体制、机制方面加以完善。
Zhejiang private culture and economic growth model is an endogenous self-organizing cluster growth model that contributes tremendously to the cultural economy. This model mainly comes from the profound cultural accumulation in Zhejiang Province, the private entrepreneurs’ commitment to the world, and the cultural-oriented concept And good faith cooperation, at the same time benefited from the government’s policy guidance. However, this model still has the defects of extensive management, imperfect investment and financing system and weak ability to resist market risks. Therefore, this model needs to be improved in terms of system and mechanism.
