淬火保温时间对45CrNi断裂韧性影响研究表明,淬火保温时间缩短可细化组织,提高断裂韧性值,对机械性能无明显影响,零保温淬火工艺是可行的,由断裂韧性断口观察发现,延伸带随J_(IC)增大而增大。最后,对双试样求J_(IC)方法进行了初步讨论。
The study on the effect of quenching holding time on the fracture toughness of 45CrNi shows that the quenching holding time can be shortened to refine the structure and improve the fracture toughness without any significant effect on the mechanical properties. Zero quenching process is feasible. J_ (IC) increases and increases. Finally, the J_ (IC) method of double sample is discussed preliminarily.
