适当地解决城市贫民的住所问题,是一种有助于创立城市政治、经济和社会稳定的因素。虽然各个国家和不同城市解决住所问题不尽相同,但是本文提出,解决河内贫民住房的办法应依据该市的社会和经济特点。
Proper solutions to the housing problem of the urban poor are a contributing factor to the creation of urban political, economic and social stability. Although different countries and different cities have different solutions to the problem of shelter, this article proposes that the solution to the poor housing in Hanoi should be based on the social and economic characteristics of the city.
