前言静电喷漆是一项先进的防锈底漆、面漆装饰的喷涂工艺,它具有控制漆雾飞散减轻劳动强度、提高效率、缩短生产周期,提高油漆质量等方面的许多优点。浦镇车辆工厂对客车外墙板的油漆喷涂采用了大型龙门式自动高频静电喷漆,使油漆工艺实现了机械化。为了解高频静电喷漆的卫生学意义,从而全面推广,由南京市卫生防疫站、南京铁路卫生防疫站、浦口区卫生防疫站、南京铁道医学院以及江苏新医学院等单位组成调查组,在浦镇车辆工厂党委的直接领导下,依靠工人、技术人员、对高频静电喷漆进行卫生学调查。
