本文对新生儿缺氧缺血脑病时甲状腺及胰岛细胞功能进行观察.结果表明,患儿甲状腺功能减低呈“低T_3综合症”,并可发生低血糖、胰高血糖素增高。对判断病情轻重及予后有临床指导意义.
