Objective To investigate the quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy (chemotherapy) and analyze the related factors. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015, 220 patients with ovarian cancer who underwent chemotherapy in the hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were enrolled in this study. The quality of life of ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was investigated. Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to explore the related factors. Results The overall health status of ovarian cancer patients was (44.08 ± 8.99) points. Ovarian cancer patients in the functional areas of the project scores were less than the reference value; patient symptom scores in the field were greater than the reference value. Except for dyspnea, the scores of other indexes were higher than the reference values, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Age, education, social support and marital status affect the quality of life of ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. There was a positive correlation between age and quality of life [0.05 (0.01-0.08)]. The educational level was negatively correlated with quality of life (-0.14 (-0.19-0.08)]. Marital status of the quality of life comparison, married people higher quality of life [0.06 (0.79 ~ 0.92)]. A comparison of the impact of social support on quality of life found that patients with social support had higher quality of life [0.46 (0.29-0.62)]. Conclusion The quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy is not high, except for indicators of quality of life of the tumor, age, education, marital status and social support are also related factors affecting the quality of life of patients.
