党章,是党的整体意志的体现,是党法的核心,是党内活动的最高规范,是党的各级组织和党员必须遵循的最高原则。党章所规定的各项规章制度,体现了全体党员的整体利益和意志,具有全党公认的权威性,各级党组织、党员干部和全体党员,都必须严格遵守。党内不论任何人,只要违反了党的章程,党的各项规章制度,都必须受到追究
The party constitution is the embodiment of the party’s overall will. It is the core of the party law and the highest norm of party activities. It is the supreme principle that the party organizations and party members at all levels must follow. The various rules and regulations stipulated in the party constitution embody the overall interests and aspirations of all party members and have the authority recognized by the whole party. Party organizations, party members and cadres at all levels and all party members must strictly abide by it. Anyone in the party who violates the party’s constitution and the party’s various rules and regulations must be held accountable
