受控定向钻探技术复杂,难度高。特别地质钻孔口径小,更增加了技术难度。与地质钻探普通钻孔施工的钻进技术相比,受控定向孔施工时钻进技术的复杂和难度,主要表现在:1.受控定向孔是以准确到达设计靶点和靶区作为钻孔施工的目标和地质见矿精度要求(普通钻孔是以每百米孔深的弯曲度限制指标作为地质见矿精度要求);2.孔内分枝受控定向孔是从条件困难的孔内分枝施工,而不是从地面分枝施工;3.受控定向孔孔身空间形态有弯曲率显著变化的孔段。即受控定向孔施工时,进行人工定向弯曲,是必须采取的技术工艺。实现定向孔的可控,必须有可靠,高效的控制钻孔顶角和方位的造斜工具及准确、快速的定向仪器。
Controlled directional drilling technology is complex and difficult. In particular, the small diameter of geological drilling, but also increased the technical difficulty. Directional holes to achieve controllable, there must be reliable and efficient control of the drilling angle and azimuth angle of the ramp tool and accurate, fast directional equipment.
