目的为掌握上海市卢湾区医疗照射水平情况,以便合理应用医用辐射技术。方法按照上海市“十一五”期间医疗照射水平调查方案的要求,以调查表的形式进行卢湾区放射诊疗单位全覆盖调查;结果卢湾区2009年39家医疗机构拥有X射线诊疗设备106台,每万人设备拥有量3.93台,2009年卢湾区接受各种X射线诊疗检查的年总频率达到2468.46人次/千人口,在各种类型的X射线诊疗中,以胸部摄片检查频率最高,占38.65%,其次为X-CT躯干检查,占21.18%,医用X射线诊疗检查以三级医院使用率最高,承担了我区64.97%;结论应重点加强开展三级医院放射防护知识的宣传和培训工作,使射线装置检查对象符合正当化的要求。
Objective To grasp the level of medical radiation in Luwan District of Shanghai so as to reasonably apply medical radiation technology. Methods According to the requirements of the investigation plan of medical radiation level in Shanghai during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, a survey on the coverage of radiation treatment units in Luwan District was conducted in the form of a questionnaire. The medical X-ray examination and treatment showed the highest utilization rate in tertiary hospitals, which took 64.97% of the total in our district. Conclusion The publicity of radiological protection knowledge in tertiary hospitals should be strengthened. And training work, so that the ray device inspection object meets the requirements of legitimacy.
