我所对金针菇品种、栽培管理及罐头加工进行了生产性探索,经两年试验证明,利用室内塑料棚栽培金针菇效果很好,具有省工、省时、省成本、金针菇品质上乘等特点,平均生物效率95％。现简介如下: 一、品种选择我所引进8个金针菇品种,经两年栽培试验筛选出金针一号、三明一号两个品种,很适宜塑料棚栽培。二、袋式、箱式栽培在塑料棚中适宜袋栽和箱栽,不适宜广口瓶栽培。因瓶栽菌柄长出瓶口6—7cm时,容易散乱,影响商品质量。配方:棉籽壳95％,玉米粉3％,石膏1％,糖1％。棉籽壳预先要经太阳暴晒2—3天,以杀死料内虫卵及病菌(陈棉籽壳要堆制过)。拌料时水份要吃
