近年来我国加大基层乡镇经济体制改革和财政制度改革的力度,这对乡镇财务管理工作提出了更高的要求。在当前乡镇发展过程中,财务管理工作在遵守国家相关法律法规及政策的基础上,还要与当前新农村及城乡一体化建设的要求相适应,在这种情况下,需要对乡镇财政工作实施精细化管理,努力提高乡镇财政管理的水平和工作效率,使其更好的满足乡镇财政体制改革的要求。文中从乡镇财务精细化管理实施的意义入手,分析了乡镇财务管理中常见的问题,并进一步对乡镇财务精细化管理实施途径进行了具体的阐述。
In recent years, China has stepped up the reform of the economic system at the grassroots level and the reform of the financial system, which sets higher demands on the financial management of townships. In the current process of township and town development, financial management work should comply with the requirements of the new rural areas and the integration of urban and rural areas on the basis of complying with the relevant state laws and regulations and policies. In such circumstances, it is necessary to implement the fiscal and social work of townships and towns Meticulous management, and strive to improve the level of township financial management and work efficiency, to make it better meet the requirements of township financial system reform. Beginning with the significance of the implementation of financial fine management in villages and towns, this paper analyzes common problems in township financial management and further elaborates on the ways of implementing the fine management of township finance.
