全球史学在20世纪60年代的美国兴起,随着冷战后全球化进程的加快,其影响范围不断扩大,成为当前世界史研究领域的学术热潮。全球史学的主要特点是强调全球视野,重视研究人口迁移、技术进步与传播、不同社会之间的文化交流等反映人类历史整体发展的现象或运动,从而将传统史学的民族国家研究扩展到研究跨国家、跨地区以及跨民族之间的联系与互动。本文对美国全球史学的发展历程进行全面回顾,并在此基础上评析其学术局限与发展前景。
With the rise of the history of global history in the 1960s, with the acceleration of globalization after the Cold War, its influence has been expanding and becoming the academic craze in the field of world history. The main features of global historiography are to emphasize the global perspective and to study phenomena or movements that reflect the overall development of human history, such as population migration, technological progress and dissemination, cultural exchanges between different societies, etc., so as to expand the nation-state study of traditional historiography into research span National, trans-regional and inter-ethnic contacts and interaction. This article makes a comprehensive review of the history of the development of American global history, and on this basis, reviews its academic limitations and development prospects.
