本文分析了当前我国各种数据库建设的基本状况以及存在的问题 ,提出了中国数据库资源合理配置的五个原则、四个对策和措施 ;最后 ,作者根据我国管理体制及其特点 ,建议文化部图书馆司建立“中国数据库发展协调委员会” ,领导和协调全国数据库在资金投入、管理体制、保障体制等方面进行有效配置 ,使我国数据库走向由政府统一组织协调、各省、市、部委共享、共建、共负责的发展道路。
This paper analyzes the basic situation and existing problems of various database construction in our country at present, and proposes five principles, four countermeasures and measures for the rational allocation of resources in China’s database.
