异步恒延伸轧制是一种轧制高精度带材的新方法。在实验室的φ90/φ200×200mm四辊轧机上,用异步恒延伸轧制法试生产了0.1~0.2×100mm,厚度偏差在±0.003mm范围内的高精度带材。实验结果表明:异步恒延伸轧制具有自然抵抗原始辊缝波动、变形抗力和原始厚度波动的能力,始终保持延伸系数恒定,从而能显著地提高带材的精度;异步恒延伸装置有张力自然调节的优异特性,它能起到一定的张力AGC的作用;并能有效地防止断带。异步恒延伸轧机具有设备简单,投资少,易控制的优点。
Asynchronous constant elongation rolling is a new method of rolling high-precision strip. In the laboratory φ90 / φ200 × 200mm four-high rolling mill, the trial production of 0.1 ~ 0.2 × 100mm, with a thickness deviation of ± 0.003mm within the range of high-precision strip. The experimental results show that asynchronously extensional rolling has the ability of natural resistance to fluctuations of the original roll gap, deformation resistance and original thickness fluctuation, and keeps the extension coefficient constant so that the precision of the strip material can be remarkably improved. The asynchronous constant extension device has the natural tension adjustment The excellent characteristics, it can play a role of tension AGC; and can effectively prevent broken belt. Asynchronous constant extension mill has the advantages of simple equipment, less investment and easy control.
