丘脑出血致感觉减退—共济失调—轻偏瘫19例报告

本文报告19例丘脑出血所致感觉减退—共济失调—轻偏瘫。男13例,女6例。均为突然发病,CT 示丘脑出血波及内囊后肢和脑室壁11例。破入脑室2例。19例均有深感觉减退和共济失调,17例轻偏瘫。本文讨论了发病机理和与“Fisher 综合征”的鉴别。

This article reports 19 patients with hypothalamic-induced hypotonia - ataxia - hemiparesis. 13 males and 6 females. All of them were sudden onset. CT showed thalamic hemorrhage affecting 11 cases of hindlimb and ventricular wall in the internal capsule. Break into the ventricle in 2 cases. All of the 19 patients had deep sensory loss and ataxia, and 17 patients had hemiparesis. This article discusses the pathogenesis and identification of “Fisher syndrome.”
