本文运用灰色物元分析法 ,对投标单位进行多因素综合评价 ,其得出的评价结果直观 ,为择优决策中标监理单位提供一种科学的评价方法。
In this paper, gray matter-element analysis is used to evaluate the bidding units by multi-factor comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation results obtained are intuitive and provide a scientific evaluation method for the bid-winning supervision units.
