文件档案应用在职业学校的教学活动,学校管理,学科教育和科学研究等方面是时代发展的必然结果,为学校的监督和评估提供重要数据。结合档案管理实际工作中的应用分析,对职业学校档案管理的现状进行规范,对如何规范创新的进行分析,同时对加强信息技术建设的方法进行讨论。
The application of the file and file in the vocational school’s teaching activities, school management, subject education and scientific research is the inevitable result of the development of the times, providing important data for the supervision and assessment of schools. Combining with the practical analysis of file management, this paper analyzes the status quo of file management in vocational schools, analyzes how to standardize the innovation, and discusses how to strengthen the construction of information technology.
